BeeActive StudioTerms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and website provided by BeeActive Studio ("we", "us", "our") (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
3. Accounts
If an app lets you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Services, except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive or infringes the rights of others
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require a one-time purchase or a subscription. Payments are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of any content you create in our apps. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Services to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, software, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by BeeActive Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the Services.
9. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your specific needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeActive Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BeeActive Studio only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
